On Episode 98 of You, Me, Empathy, Tony the Therapist and I look back on Episode 97 with The Copacetic System and explore survival in trauma, our innate abilities to connect, and why we are truly all in this together.

Tony is back! Sweet, sweet, small-chinned Tony. This is a short follow-up to my conversation with Lydia, Isabelle, and The Copacetic System, so please do give that a listen if you haven’t yet. In this episode, we talk about the lasting impact of trauma, how we survive in trauma, and the dissociation and compartmentalization that happens within (and after) trauma.

The main message in this episode, and frankly in all episodes, is this:

We are all in this together. We all have the ability to connect to each other. My self, Tony’s self, The Copacetic System and each part of that beautiful system are all the same. We are feely humans.
